Diet tips for Weight Loss

Here are some diet tips for loosing weight this summer.

High calorie foods are tasty  aren't they?
Did you know that these calories go straight into your waistline/hips!!?
But now as it is summer and you have got your holidays, there's nothing wrong in letting our body too take a holiday from the strict diet, isn't it? But remember, as soon as the vacationing and stuffing (of food :D ) gets over, you have to bring yourself to follow a certain nutrition schedule.
 But it doesn't at all mean that you are gonna skip your meals! Our body need breakfast,lunch and dinner. All we can do is resize the portions!

Bring in some fat-burning food into your body,like apples,watermelons and pineapples. Let the food do the work! It helps you cleanse your body with the fibres and also help you loose some calories.

Drink lots of water,as i would always say! Drink about 2-3 liters of water everyday. It is very essential to flush out the wastes from your body.

Drink fresh fruit juices instead of coke and soda.You gotta be filling yourself with fruits throughout the day,so that you wont have any other oily foods.

Try to get 30min continuous brisk walk or exercise at-least 3-4 times a week.





Do this for 2 weeks,and you will definitely feel the difference!

5 Tips for naturally Clear Skin

Hello Everyone!

Who doesnt like to have a clear skin! We try all sorts of cosmetics and medicines to get a spotless skin. Why spend all the money on chemicals when you can find the cure in ur kitchen?! 

Yes! In your Kitchen!

Today I will be sharing with you 5 Tips for clear skin.

Firstly, always wash your face with a face wash atleast twice a day. One in morning and the other at night.





Secondly, understand the type of your skin. If your skin is dry,then use honey as your moisturiser. Apply it on ur face and keep for about 10min. This will help soften and brighten your skin. 




Aloe Vera is a very dynamic healer and moisturizer. You can always pick them up from your kitchen garden and cut them into slices as shown and apply the gel for about 15min everyday.



Next important ingredient from the kitchen is turmeric aka. haldi. It is very high in its anti-bacterial properties. Apply it with rose water and leave till you feel a tightness on your face. Wash it off.

Drink about 2 litres of water daily. This is important to flush out the impurities from our body.

Follow them for 2-3 weeks and you will surely see changes :) :)
