1. Ice packs:
Ice packs/Ice Towels provide almost instant relief when wrapped around the head. This is because it improves blood circulation in that area and hence reduces the pain.
2.Water & Caffeine:
Did you know that most headaches are caused by dehydration?
You MUST drink around 2-3 liters of water a day.
Talking about caffeine, it sometimes cures headaches and in some cases even cause them. Caffeine reduces pain because it restricts our blood vessels. But remember not to take in excess coffee because it is not good for health.
3.Ginger:
Ginger has anti-inflammatory agents which helps reduce nausea that comes together with migraines.
4.Henna:
Henna must have been used by you to color your hair. But it can actually fight off migraine too!
Soak some henna flowers in vinegar and then rub the flowers against your forehead.You can see your headache disappear instantly.

Green leafy vegetables and fruits are efficient in fighting off migraine because of their rich Magnesium properties. Lower levels of magnesium can cause migraines.
