Smart Skin Tips!

Hello and welcome to my blog!
This season I am sure we all absolutely want glowing skin!
Its summer time..You always end up in a pool of sweat!

Always carry a bottle of water with you,so that you don't end up drinking soda or cola. Drinking about 2-3 liters of water per day is very essential. Easy way to ensure that is to carry a 1 liter bottle with you and finish it about 2-3 times over daily! Water is the biggest healer for not only skin,but all sorts of health issues.

Diet is the next aspect. Try and make sure that you have a balanced diet. Have at-least 1 fruit a day. If you can have a mix of different fruits,its the best you can do for your skin! Because each fruit has its significance. Guava has roughage in them, oranges have citrus, banana has carbohydrates, papaya has anti-aging properties. Each one of them is helping you in its own way!

Dry fruits help in the production of natural oil in your skin, which is a boon; contrary to the myth that oil isn't good for skin. You need to understand that oil production by the skin is important. Because if when skin is deprived of natural oil, it starts producing excess oil to combat dryness and this pops up in the form of sebum in the acne. So its important to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.
Eat more pulses. Eat more fish than red meat (chicken,mutton,beef etc).

Under your Makeup:Use of sunscreen is a must during the day and some sort of moisturizer at night.
GO have some fun with the masks!
Use some fruit face-packs or mud-masks and exfoliate twice a week. Believe me, its essential!


Exercising is good for skin.Because you are gonna sweat it out!

Some form of effort is definitely required!
